Delete your Billum account
You can request permanent deletion without reinstalling Billum or signing in.
Delete while signed in
Organization administrators can open Billum Settings, expand Danger Zone, and choose Delete Household Account. This deletes the household data for every member.
Request deletion without signing in
To delete your personal access and data without deleting the household, or if you cannot sign in, email the privacy team from the address connected to your account. Include the registered email address and use the subject “Billum account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify account ownership.
Data deletion and retention
Billum permanently deletes household and financial data. A minimal deletion replay receipt may remain for up to 30 days, and identifiers needed to finish authentication cleanup remain only until that cleanup succeeds. An identity used by another Billum household is preserved. See the privacy policy for full details.
